There will be a 30% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, and a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel the day of your appointment at Creative Hair by Amber LLC. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected changes can arise. Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you’re unable to make your appointment, and I’ll be happy to help you reschedule at your convenience. My goal is to provide a salon experience that is stress-free, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. Please note: • No-call, no-shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and may require prepayment for future appointments. No Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, please reach out within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment. Adjustments must be completed within 7 days of your appointment. By booking, you agree to this policy.
